Overview

The High School Internship Program at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) offers students a unique opportunity to explore careers in accounting, business, and professional services. Over the course of four weeks, interns gain hands-on experience working in a professional office environment while learning how organizations support clients and communities.

This program is designed to introduce students to the firm’s culture, service lines, and career pathways. Interns participate in structured learning experiences, including case studies and exposure to real client work environments.

The program also emphasizes networking and professional development. Interns connect with employees across different roles, attend meetings, and may even visit client sites to see how professional services are delivered in real-world settings.

This internship is ideal for students interested in business, finance, or accounting who want early exposure to a professional services career.
