Overview
The Student Intern with the U.S. Department of Justice offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations within a federal agency. The position is part of the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, which provides administrative and technical support to U.S. Attorney offices across the country.
Interns work within the Office of the Chief Information Officer and assist with technology-related projects that support federal legal operations. This experience provides insight into how large government agencies manage IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.
It's designed to help students build technical and professional skills while gaining exposure to careers in information technology, government service, and public sector operations. Although the position is unpaid, it offers valuable experience working in a high-level federal environment.
